CONTENT RULES & REFUND POLICY

Version 2026-08-07.1 · Updated 7 August 2026

The Wall is a public space. Anything you put on it is seen by strangers, so the rules are short, blunt and enforced by humans.

YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR YOUR BRICK

When you book a brick you are the publisher. You are responsible for the image or GIF, the message, the link and the promo code, and for making sure you have the right to use them and that they are legal where you and your audience are. Automated checks run on every upload, but they are a safety net, not permission.

PROHIBITED — REMOVED IMMEDIATELY, NO REFUND

If a review finds any of the following, the advert is removed immediately, the booking is terminated, and no refund is given for the remaining time. Illegal material is reported to the relevant authorities.

OTHER VIOLATIONS — REVIEWED CASE BY CASE

Everything below is against the rules but is judged by a human. Depending on the circumstances a moderator may hide or remove the advert, and may issue a full refund, a partial refund, or no refund at all.

HOW REPORTS WORK

  1. 1. Anyone can report a brick from the wall. Reports in the prohibited categories hide the advert instantly; other reports hide it once several people agree.
  2. 2. A moderator reviews the report, records which rule was broken, the decision, the refund outcome and their notes.
  3. 3. You get an email with the outcome. If the advert is reinstated, its countdown continues from where it was.

CONTENT REMOVAL AND REFUND POLICY

Refunds are not guaranteed. Booking a brick buys space on the wall, not immunity from these rules.

WHAT YOU AGREE TO AT CHECKOUT

I agree to the Content Rules and Terms of Service, including the content removal and refund policy.

You must tick this box yourself before payment. We record the policy version that was in force when you agreed, so the rules you agreed to are the rules you are judged against.

Questions about a decision? Reply to the email for your booking and quote the case reference.
